The mission cycle

Every mission ends with usable capability.

Each phase has an intended business outcome, a deliverable, key performance indicators (KPIs) and a defined way to monitor progress. Mission names help you navigate the plan; the written scope and acceptance criteria define the work.

01 · Cartographer

Measure the terrain

A shared current-state view and a six-month outcome roadmap.

Deliverable
Capability map, asset/risk register, KPI baselines and mission charter.
Success measure (KPI)
Baseline coverage, agreed targets and prioritised backlog acceptance.
How progress is monitored
Monthly KPI register with named sources, owners and collection dates.

02 · Sentinel

Reinforce the perimeter

Priority cyber, access, backup and recovery risks brought under control.

Deliverable
Hardening release, access review, backup report and recovery exercise.
Success measure (KPI)
Critical risks closed, patch/MFA coverage and tested recovery objectives.
How progress is monitored
Security findings, patch records, backup logs and recovery evidence.

03 · Automaton

Remove repetitive work

One or more priority workflows automated with controlled exceptions.

Final evidence review, competency checks and signed exception register.
Service and accountability

The response target is explicit. So are its limits.

Support runs weekdays 09:00–17:00 in the contracted client timezone. Targets are acknowledgement targets, not resolution guarantees. Automated monitoring does not imply 24/7 human response; 24/7 cover, uptime targets, resolution targets and service credits require a signed SLA schedule.

Commercial boundaries

Every programme is individually scoped and quoted. Price depends on the formation, mission scope, cloud/hybrid/on-prem deployment, on-site work, third-party usage, licensed security providers, and any reserved human capacity. Taxes and third-party charges are shown separately.

Choose the expertise the mission needs

Choose Legionnaire for one senior specialist, Phalanx for a multidisciplinary team, or Musk’Teer for AI-focused delivery. Availability and capacity are written into the signed scope; neither the programme nor its SLA implies unlimited people or work.
