The mission cycle

Five annual phases. Quarterly evidence.

Each phase has an intended business outcome, a deliverable, key performance indicators (KPIs) and a defined way to monitor progress. Mission names help you navigate the plan; the written scope and acceptance criteria define the work.

Y1 · Foundation

Map, fortify and establish the base

A governed technology base with measured risk and accepted annual outcomes.

Deliverable
Annual mission charter, asset/risk register, foundation releases and evidence room.
Success measure (KPI)
Agreed foundation KPIs, risk reduction and operational acceptance.
How progress is monitored
Monthly operating reviews, quarterly executive gates and annual evidence audit.

Y2 · Intelligence

Turn data and AI into operating leverage

Trusted data, private AI and controlled automation embedded in priority work.

Deliverable
Data products, model evaluations, agents and human-review controls.
Success measure (KPI)
Data quality, task quality, adoption, cycle time and unit economics.
How progress is monitored
Data/model evaluations, exception queues, cost telemetry and quarterly value review.

Y3 · Growth

Scale reach, conversion and service

Connected customer operations and evidence-led growth across the organisation.

Deliverable
Growth experiments, communications integrations and service enablement.
Success measure (KPI)
Qualified acquisition, conversion, response and retention indicators.
How progress is monitored
Attribution review, CRM quality, conversation sampling and quarterly investment gates.

Y4 · Sovereignty

Internalise control and resilience

Stronger client ownership, portability, operational depth and succession resilience.

Deliverable
Internal enablement, on-prem/hybrid options, recovery exercises and succession runbooks.
Success measure (KPI)
Independent operation, recovery objectives, coverage and key-person risk.
How progress is monitored
Competency assessments, recovery tests, access reviews and annual sovereignty audit.

Y5 · Ascension

Prove five years of value and choose the next era

A defensible benefits record and an explicit renew, reconfigure, internalise or stop decision.

Deliverable
Five-year benefits ledger, residual-risk register and next-era strategy.
Success measure (KPI)
Cumulative KPI attainment, operating readiness and unresolved exceptions.
How progress is monitored
Executive evidence review, client acceptance and independently challengeable source records.
Service and accountability

The response target is explicit. So are its limits.

Support runs weekdays 09:00–17:00 in the contracted client timezone. Targets are acknowledgement targets, not resolution guarantees. Automated monitoring does not imply 24/7 human response; 24/7 cover, uptime targets, resolution targets and service credits require a signed SLA schedule.

Commercial boundaries

Every programme is individually scoped and quoted. Price depends on the formation, mission scope, cloud/hybrid/on-prem deployment, on-site work, third-party usage, licensed security providers, and any reserved human capacity. Taxes and third-party charges are shown separately.

A sixty-month framework with annually agreed scopes, pricing and SLA schedules. Either party may exit at an annual anniversary with 90 days' notice; all parties retain uncured-material-breach rights.
