Gate XIII — Ascension

The annual evidence and renewal review is a decision gate, not a hidden thirteenth delivery or billing month. Renew, reconfigure, internalise or stop using the evidence accumulated across the twelve missions.

Service and accountability

The response target is explicit. So are its limits.

Support runs weekdays 09:00–17:00 in the contracted client timezone. Targets are acknowledgement targets, not resolution guarantees. Automated monitoring does not imply 24/7 human response; 24/7 cover, uptime targets, resolution targets and service credits require a signed SLA schedule.

Commercial boundaries

Every programme is individually scoped and quoted. Price depends on the formation, mission scope, cloud/hybrid/on-prem deployment, on-site work, third-party usage, licensed security providers, and any reserved human capacity. Taxes and third-party charges are shown separately.

A fixed twelve-month programme with an agreed asset register, mission sequence and scoped quote. Exit at the annual term end or earlier for uncured material breach under the signed agreement.

Choose the expertise the mission needs

Choose Legionnaire for one senior specialist, Phalanx for a multidisciplinary team, or Musk’Teer for AI-focused delivery. Availability and capacity are written into the signed scope; neither the programme nor its SLA implies unlimited people or work.
